We have a unique health and wellness coach. Her name is Cassie Tafilaw. We will be talking about How to make fitness work at work and keep it going.
After overcoming her own personal struggles with child and adolescent obesity, years of experience in the health, fitness and nutrition industries has taught Cassie that to reach goals in these areas a lifestyle has to be adopted. Over the last seven years, Cassie has taught hundreds of cardio-based fitness classes that have helped countless individuals on their personal journey to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. She has also hosted nutrition and wellness workshops and became certified as a Wellness and Nutrition Coach. A big believer in “practicing what you preach”, Cassie has personally worked with some of the top trainers and nutritionists in the country and competes in National Figure competitions.
She also teaches weekly dance-based fitness classes and is a regular contributor to the Alzheimer’s Association. Prior to launching 4Count, Cassie obtained her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Psychology and IT Management which she leverages to help motivate and educate her clients and communicate effectively with them about their individual needs.
