Today we have an outgoing and hard working personal trainer.  His name is Danny Somers.  We will be talking about Breaking Mix Martial Arts Myths how to get in shape with Mix Martial Arts.

Danny started MMA in 2007 as a student with only a wrestling background. From there he became an amateur fighter as well as an instructor at my gym Victory MMA. As time went on he continued my career as a fighter and also became manager of the Forest Park, IL location, where he is to this day. He now manages the school, teaches some classes, and runs the fight team at his location. Over the years he has earned a 7-1 amateur record, 1-0 professional record, and won 2 submission grappling tournaments.

#171 Dr. Travis Zigler – Natural Fixes For Dry Eyes

Today we have an outgoing and unique eye doctor.  His name is Travis Zigler.  We will be talking about natural fixes for dry eyes.

Dr. Travis Zigler graduated in 2010 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry with Magna Cum Laude honors. He is the founder of Eye Love, https://eyelovethesun.com, whose mission is to end preventable blindness. Dr. Travis and his wife, Dr. Jenna Zigler, use the profits from Eye Love to fund free and low cost clinics in South Carolina and Jamaica.  They also started a charity called the Eye Love Cares Foundation, https://eyelovecares.org, which provides exams, glasses and sunglasses for those in need, free education, and scholarships for students that align with their mission.  Dr. Travis enjoys traveling to Jamaica, training for marathons, and playing the ukulele while he drinks his morning coffee (French press… mmmm).
